LCD Dell Notebook Rosak
Eiii....susah kepala den biler laptop kat rumah tue buat problem. semua nie gara- gara hubby i tue biarkan anak kesayangan kitaorg tue main ngn laptop tue. dh LCD screen tue pecah....mcm pen yg dakwatyer bocor.
i nie bukannya biasa ngn laptop yg rosak2 nie. aku pn masukler web dell, ambik no customer service n called. dia cakap problem aku tue LCD faulty, kena called hari isnin n diaorg akan sambung warranty. pastue biler dh sambung warranty, diorg akan hantar org ke rumah utk check n repair problem LCD Dell notebook aku tue. dia kata xperlu g repair centre, yg kena sambung warranty sebab laptop aku beli 2 tahun lepas. tp nk sambung warranty tue kena bg credit card. dia akan charge melalui credit card. jd, aku rasa cam susah lak.
the next day, aku pn wt research lagi. dan info yg aku dapat, cost utk sambung warranty tue mahal gak dlm RM900 lebih. pastue kalo g kedai, diorg pn kena contact dell gak utk tanya availability model notebook aku tue. cost pn dlm RM 500 lebih. aku tengok kat mudah.com pn, ade org jual Dell LCD notebook nie, dlm RM450. So, aku tengah fikir apa solution yg perlu aku ambil:
1. call dell again n sambung warranty - cost dlm RM 900, pastue laptop aku under warranty lg setahun
2. call seller kt mudah.com tue - cost RM 450, warranty LCD tue 3 bulan
3. pergi kt kedai yg aku beli dulu - nie akan ku survey this week
