How to register your own company;
1. register at SSM (suruhanajay syarikat malaysia), just search SSM thru your internet and there'll be list of SSM branch by state
2. you also can register by online at SSM,ssm.com.my they will email to you the company registeration cert once approved, if you register direct at the SSM you will get the original cert, by online just authorized copy
3. Go to SSM, once reached there, see the receptionist, tell them your application, they will give you Borang A (you also can print out the form thru SSM website).
4. fill the form, make sure you already got what company name is mind as currently your name can't be used as part of your company name
5. for rules and regulation in registeration your company, you can donwload the garis panduan pendaftran perniagaan at th website for reference and other back up doc needed
6. once the form was filled, see the recep again, they'll give you no giliran for the next process. just wait for the register officer to call your no
7. after register with the officer, you have to wait( they said it will take about 1 hour duration for them to issue your company cert)
8. Before reached 1 hour, you'll get your company registeration cert. Now, you can do your business legally
